Some of you may be wondering, "why in the junk is she going thru all this drama? just move out and be done with the smelly nutshell!" Well, I have never felt more fulfilled in what I'm doing (aside from staying home with Elle) than being to help out these three silly ducks. They are my sister's kids ages 9, 5, & 4. Their mom is in jail right now, I actually went to visit her this morning. It is an interesting experience to visit someone in jail, let me tell ya. And I used to think jail and prison were the same, but they're not. And I've learned that in jail the other inmates teach you how to make dice out of toilet paper and toothpaste. Good Times. Anyway, D & I sit with these girls every week at church . . . we also try to kind of be stand in parents . . . cuddling, reading, playing, roughhousing, tickling, etc. etc. etc. And it's a lot of drama, but it's really fulfilling. And what more can you ask for, right?
