If you remember that last year she went for the candle and burned her hand when I thought she was going to try to dive into the cake? Well as you see below, she didn't dive for the cake, but rather for the plethora of marshmallows -- AND she didn't get burned. I would chalk this birthday up as a success. Also, D and I are rather happy that ellie's bday falls within garage sale season -- she now has a baby stroller, baseball bats and a mitt, as well as a kitchen set and a little karaoke tape player -- all for about $15. p.s. that lamby cake is one FAT lamby!
Happy Birthday Ellie! I can hardly believe she is such a big girl. Nora is following in her footsteps.

I was looking at these pictures and wondering why Ellie looked so different to me ... yeah she's older ... but there was something else. Then it hit me. All of those teeth! Seriously, I can't believe she's such a big girl. We miss you guys. Come back!
