We actually woke up to really really loud thunder and bright lightning flashing everywhere. And miracle of miracles, Ellie slept in until 8 am!! She's usually up bright and early at 6:30 am, so we were quite grateful for the extra quiet time in the morning. If this is what happens every time it rains in the morning we're moving to Seattle!! Actually I'm kind of bummed about the whole rain bit today because I was really excited about getting out of the house and going out on walks today. Oh well. I'm over it!
