So yesterday was the first time a presidential candidate has visited southeast idaho since reagan in 1980 -- 27 years, baby! Anyway we decide to drive up to the IF airport to catch a peek. (and get family pics taken up there too) Anyway, this is the place!
This is the private hangar he flew in to when we showed up. I think there was about 400-500 by the time Mitt came in.
If we were 30 minutes earlier we might have gotten on the front row and been able to get a pic with ellie and Mitt. He was taking pics with lots of babies. Since D couldn't get off work early this is the best we got: a shot of the back of our little one's redhead and mitt's mug a few heads over.

It was an abbreviated version of his usual stump speech. Not bad. It was pretty cool that he actually came to Idaho though. That night he attended a Idaho Falls Chuckars (farm league minor league baseball) game. It was cool.
