I've been thinking lately on how I've been able to wake up early to hit Albies for my couponing before Darik goes to work so I can have a free babysitter. Well if that's enough motivation to get me up early . . . my health is more important than saving some bucks on groceries . . . so I went and got this DVD. It has three 20-minute workouts. Once you can successfully do one you move onto the next level. After two days of beginners . . . yeah, I'm feeling it. But I feel great, after working out on her short program I still have enough time to get on the treadmill for 1.5 miles, and I'm already warmed up so running is easier on my joints. So I would already recommend it, if you're looking for a workout DVD, go here first!
