Universal Kid Stuff

Part of what is really fun about parenting is seeing your kids do thing you did when you were a kid -- and knowing that you didn't teach em that, just that it must be a universal instinct in all kids. I get this image in my head of children from all continents and from all centuries spent their times hiding in boxes, or laying in empty furniture. So we have our hall tree that we specifically bought for our breezeway in Iowa . . . well no breezeways here - so we use it to store blankets in our basement. I cannot keep ellie from emptying the thing every other day and using it as a coffin. Crazy kid.


Also I decided to add a pic of my little buddy, Curtis, who I babysit 3 days a week now. I love kissing those huge cheeks :-)
